The death has occurred of Moira O’Shaughnessy, (née Costello), Loughanure, Clane, Co. Kildare. On September 12th 2026, Moira passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Deeply mourned and cherished by her devoted husband Frank, her children Oisín, Kerill and Aoife, her sister Anne, daughters-in-law Anna, Andrea, son-in-law Ciarán. Predeceased by her brothers Frank, Thomas, John, Fr. Patrick, Martin Joe, sister-in-law Mary, brother-in-law Emerson. Sadly mourned by sisters-in-law Ann, Maureen and Siobhán, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Loved and greatly missed by her cherished grandchildren Charlie, Oscar, Toby, Hugh, Sam, Abi, Rosie, Kate, Bobby, Beth, Ada and Ted.

Reposing at Oliver Reilly’s Funeral Home, Woods House, Clane on Monday (September 14th) from 4pm – 8pm. Removal from her residence by Oliver Reilly Funeral Directors on Tuesday (September 15th) at approximately 11am to arrive at The Church of St. Patrick and St. Brigid, Clane for 11:30am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Mainham Cemetery, Clane.
