The death has occurred of Ann McCreery (née Taaffe) Gormanstown, Kilcullen, and formerly of Capdoo, Clane, Co. Kildare, May 1st 2026, peacefully at Naas General Hospital surrounded by her loving family, predeceased by her loving husband Peter, son Tom, brothers Pat, Bill and Toss and sister Lou. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving children Peter, Catherine, William, Nora and Mary, adored grandchildren Aisling, Niall and Annabel, sons-in-law Lorcan and Michael, daughters-in-law Rosario and Amanda, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Oliver Reilly’s Funeral Home, Woods House, Clane, on Monday (May 4th) from 4pm – 8pm with evening prayers at 7:30pm. Removal from Oliver Reilly’s Funeral Home, Woods House, Clane, on Tuesday (May 5th) at approx. 10.30am to arrive at the Church of St. Patrick and St. Brigid, Clane for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Mainham Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Bridget (Breda) Dunne (née Mooney) Liffey Lawns, Clane, Co. Kildare and late of Manor Kilbride, Blessington, Co. Wicklow, Friday, 24th April 2026, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Ashley Lodge Nursing Home. Beloved wife of the late Tom and sister of the late Seamus, deeply regretted by her nephew Roger, nieces Cathy, Siobhan, Aine, Aisling and her sister-in-law Josephine, grand-nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Breda’s Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, 28th April at 10:30am in St. Patrick’s and St. Brigid’s Church, Clane, W91W588, followed by burial in Mainham Cemetery, Clane.
