Lent and Ash Wednesday

Lent 2026 begins this Ash Wednesday 18^th February and ends on Holy Thursday morning April 2^nd. Lent comes from the old English word meaning Springtime.
It is a time of renewal and reflection in preparation for the great Feast of Easter on April 5^th.

Please collect a Trócaire Box from both Churches and support the work of Justice and Human Development.
Lent is what we do.
