Morning Prayer
Father in heaven.
I give you today, all that I think and do and say. And I unite it with all that was done, by Jesus Christ, your dear Son. May the prayers of Mary, mother of your Son, protect and guide all I meet this day and all who have asked my prayers. Amen.

Evening Prayer

Lord, fill this night with your radiance. May we sleep in peace and rise with joy to welcome the light of a new day in your name. May we look after those in our care and remember with thanks all who have helped us during this day gone by and at all times of our lives. We ask this through Christ, our Lord. Amen.
